Welding robots and handling robots work systematically, while workers conduct vehicle performance tests, witnessing the birth of each Qingqi Suzuki motorcycle.
As a representative enterprise in Shandong Province's motorcycle industry, Qingqi Suzuki has tirelessly cultivated its presence in the motorcycle market. In 2022, it achieved record-breaking sales of 398,000 motorcycles, marking the highest sales volume in nearly 12 years and securing a historic position among the top three domestic sales leaders. In the first half of this year, it ascended to the industry's second place, with its 125cc scooters claiming the top spot in the sub-market sales.
The remarkable progress can be attributed to the innovation in intelligent manufacturing. Qingqi Suzuki wholeheartedly embraces the concept of innovation-driven development, consistently increasing investments in technological innovation, and continuously enhancing its independent research and development capabilities, resulting in a series of breakthroughs. In 2021, Qingqi Suzuki introduced ten welding robot workstations, followed by an additional eleven welding robot workstations in July 2022. By integrating welding robots and handling robots, they achieved fully automated production of motorcycle rear frames, significantly enhancing production efficiency and welding quality. Furthermore, the company plans to further invest in welding automation production lines and is on the verge of establishing a new production line.

Stepping into G·Weike’s production workshop, one is immediately drawn to a remarkable piece of machinery—a three-dimensional five-axis laser cutting machine, which stands as the "flagship product" of G·Weike. At present, G·Weike stands at the forefront of laser research and innovation, boasting a state-of-the-art super-intelligent factory, a workforce exceeding one thousand individuals, and a production base spanning over 200,000 square meters. What was once a single laser engraving machine has now evolved into a comprehensive solution encompassing intelligent manufacturing, including high-power cutting, power production lines, new energy, and precision processing.
